Vodaphone sim card?

Hi Does anyone know where i can get a free or very cheap vodaphone sim card? Would prefer not to use ebay! Im sure someone once posted about free ones but i cant find that thread anywhere :( Any help would be great.

    I have a couple - but they are locked.

    If you send my a SAE I can send you one. I have no use for them.

    What you mean they are locked? The sim cards themselves are? Can you explain?
