I don't see why it wouldn't accept it. Might even be easier to do it your way.

Actually, better still, if I cut and paste the words then I won't have to mark them off the list which should be a lot quicker and also error free (I won't be able to mark the same word off twice because it won't be there)

Maybe as a back up plan we should organise a split between all of the volunteers just in case there are only 5 of us so 4 of us do 5 letters and one does 6? It will take a lot longer that way but it's the only solution that I can think of?
