Once again, a poll has shown that if you want top quality service from your ISP, you get what you pay for. Which? Have carried out a poll of 15,700 members. Zen Internet have topped the poll with regards to customer service, online and phone support, speed, reliability and for being easy to set up. 77% of Zen users were very happy with the service offered. This compares to BT (34%), AOL (25%), NTL (20%).
If you want a reliable ISP with top quality support as a customer. It's worth paying a bit more.
