For me it goes against the grain a bit to pay for something up front. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

You've obviously not kept your leaflets. Naughty! Consider yourself spanked. ;-)
Call Trustcard Plus on 0870 010 4055 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 6pm, Sat: 9am - 2pm)
(or 01273 799270 - Ask for Trustcard Points Redemption Dept)
Ask for a leaflet on the Vouchers and any other information they have on what to do with Trustcard Plus points.
PS. I don't use this card now to purchase anything other than Vouchers 'at 10% off'. When I was using the card several years ago, it was the easiest one to use at that time so to split off my private purchases from my business purchases.
I read a piece in todays Sunday Times, which indicates Lloyds TSB will probably start to make an annual charge for the Trustcard Plus card. If they do, then I will spend all of my remaining points on gift vouchers and then just cancel the card.0
