So much for an NSD today! Had to pay for my passport renewal, some mile and a loaf of bread. As a plus though I have just put another £2 coin in the pot, 2 more and we'll have a whopping £50!
Have also decided to pay into a virtual sealed pot (paying into my ISA) so now off to update the old signature with my new numbers! Yay.Debt free wannabe: Original debt/Payments made/Debt now

Thanks mum2one. Just realised too that my payment to my loan goes out on Monday, so I can change that then too. I think I'm going to use my ISA as a way of saving up to pay off the loan early. So once we've got rid of these cards I'll be ploughing everything I can into that. Just rubbish that you end up paying more by paying it off early, especially as with this loan it scales what you are paying - so interest first, then any charges associated with taking the loan out and then finally the capital. I am now finally paying back the capital and will then have to pay an extra charge to pay it all off! Rubbish! I would so like to never have to take out another loan (apart from the mortgage) in my life ever ever ever!!!
I may even be better off keeping the monthly repayments. If I do - I will have got the total down to £7674 by December. Now, if I wanted to pay it off then I would still need another £8500 ish to do this, therefore it will cost me an extra £1000 just to pay it off. If I keep the loan for the full term I will have cleared it by October 2013. Mmmm, dilemma! Well I won't be touching my ISA for anything else so i will just see where I am come December.
Done a few more surveys today... onepoll now at £17.40, think I am on line for £20 by the end of April! Haven't checked the others today.

Your getting there with onepoll, I'm in the same boat that if I want to pay my loan early, its a 60month loan, theres only 4points that I can repay in full, which if I could would I have taken the loan out!! My plan is when the cards are paid off, put extra up for the loan payments, so its there to run its course.
Its unbeilievable it would cost you another 1k to pay off early.... guess thats where they've got us! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Dilemma with the loan! They are cheeky arent they! Mine is pretty good as i can pay lump sums each month to bring the balance down and i was advised if i could pay it off early to pay the whole sum minus two months worth of payments and then let these pay out like normal and i wouldn't incur any early payment charges.
I hope you manage to decide what to do.
You are doing really well. Seems a while since i feel i have changed any of my totals. But then i *should* have £200 to overpay littlewoods left over this month before i get paid. So that will be good. Plus OH is paying the credit card at 0% interest so i will have to find out what the new balance is after his payday.
We all seem to be getting there!!!Well done on the saving pot too!

Good morning fellow MSE's and DFW's!
Haven't got much planned today mSE-wise. Apart from trying not to spend too much and doing my surveys. Got around 60p in the end on One Poll yesterday I think I've got about £17.80, but will check again in a bit.
I'm off to a party tonight so am going to have a good old sort out of the wardrobe whilst getting my things ready for tonight. Should have a few bits to pop onto ebay tomorrow. Hangover permitting tomorrow is all about ebay! Got quite a few bits now to put on, so will be taking pic's and listing a go-go!
Right then, survey time... have a good day everyone. xxDebt free wannabe: Original debt/Payments made/Debt now

I've been a busy bee this weekend! Had another NSD yesterday!! And managed to sell some bits on eBay and got quite a bit extra listed too.
I've hit a bit of a brick wall with one poll and have been stuck since Saturday on 17.90! Just need one more survey! Haven't checked tonight though so hopefully there will be 10p waiting!
Hope everyone else has had a good weekend! XDebt free wannabe: Original debt/Payments made/Debt now
