Money transfer from Natwest to A&L ISA still "being processed"

Arranged a payment from my Natwest current account to my A&L ISA on Tuesday (6th) online. As of this morning it still shows as "being processed". My ISA account is still zero and the money hasn't come out of my Natwest current account.
Is this normal? Its only 2 days interest lost (so far), but aren't we in the 21st century now?

I did the same with LTSB account. Shown as being processed yesterday, but the funds are there today.0

Thanks for feedback. Will give them another 24 hours and will go into branch if still not processed0
