Viewing Profiles of Non-Posting Members

I can find no way of viewing the profile of members who have never posted anything on the forum. Is there any way of doing this?
Searching the members' list, only shows members who have made at least one post.
Any ideas, anyone?

If they have thanked someone, then their name in the thanks list is a link to their profile.
