Cutting it short

I have tried to claim back bank charges from HSBC, i sent my first letter in November they responded with an on hold letter and them with a reject letter (both standard letters). I have since challenged this with the bank and today i had another responce which is the final responce and they have rejected my claim again.

I have called the FOS and have been told that they no longer will deal with bank charges complints and there is nothing more i can do :(:(:(

Is this the end of the road for me or does anyone have advise for next steps??? Please help

Tink x

    Cutting it short too ;)

What makes you think you should be refunded when no-one else is? (apart from hardship cases)

There are some other avenues being tried but until the outcomes of those are known there is little you can do.
