Cutting it short
I have tried to claim back bank charges from HSBC, i sent my first letter in November they responded with an on hold letter and them with a reject letter (both standard letters). I have since challenged this with the bank and today i had another responce which is the final responce and they have rejected my claim again.
I have called the FOS and have been told that they no longer will deal with bank charges complints and there is nothing more i can do
:(:(
Is this the end of the road for me or does anyone have advise for next steps??? Please help

What makes you think you should be refunded when no-one else is? (apart from hardship cases)
There are some other avenues being tried but until the outcomes of those are known there is little you can do.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
