Near Prime Credit Cards

Hi Folks... Thought i start a new thread on near prime credit cards as i have undertaken some research and found several cards that are apparently near prime. Perhaps, then, credit cards need to be categorised A+, A, B+, B, C, D, E and so on for however many different grades are deemed necessary, because it is quite obvious that a prime card given with a low interest rate and a high limit to persons on substantial salaries is superior to a prime card with interest, say, 20%+ given to applicants considered more risky customers.
