Buyers won't leave any feedback

First of all I would like to thank everybody on this thread bar razorbladekisses for their helpful advice. As a result of my request for opinions I have decided not to leave negative or neutral feedback for not leaving feedback. My main learning has been that feedback is not a compulsory part of the ebay process - I wasn't aware of that previously.razorbladekisses wrote:Excuse me. I really don't think calling me an idiot is doing you any favors. It makes you appear even less mature when you have to insult someone else on the net!
You asked for views, sorry I didn't realize it had to be the same as yours.
As to razorbladekisses - you state "With such an attitude like that I'm wondering if you are in fact old enough to even be selling on eBay" and then wonder why you !!!!!! me off. You state that it is immature to insult you - I suspect you are sat in a glass house right now? Look at your words again and ask yourself who started the insults. Whilst you are thinking about it and don't don't bother posting a response to me since now I have learnt from the other people posting here I won't be reading this thread again.
Again, to everyone else, sincere thanks for your advice. Whilst I am very grateful for all the advice everyone has given me I am very saddened that by merely asking a question and seeking advice (clearly because I had some doubts) I have received abuse and condemnation. If an ebay forum isn't the place to ask questions about ebay protocol where is?0 -
I habe 5 pages of unleft feedback from buyers since may. I as a seller only leave feedback after the buyer leaves me it and I know they are happy. 5 pages is a lot but I would say thats only 25% of my buyers in that time period. Feedback is optional and this proves it.0

You didn't ask about eBay protocol...you made a statement as to what you were going to do.
razorbladekisses disagreed with you ( and probably voiced what others thought ), were we all supposed to fawn over you and whisper re-assurances about how right you were ( you weren't btw )
...I didn't notice razorbladekisses using coarse and offensive language....... I think he pretty much got your mental age right...if not your physical age.

As the op has now had his original question answered, I'm going to close this thread now.
Please remember to be nice to all moneysavers - there's no such thing as a stupid question.0
