    Am gonna have a ciggy, then get my blankie and curl up watching American History X....Feel quite !!!!!! and can't seem to keep anything down...am not going to cook tonight as reckon I've got a bug as it's all been food I can eat IYSWIM

    Seems to be a sicky bug going round Elfen - wrap up and look after yourself.

    Yes thats right Ames. Takes a bit of getting your head around but I have finally got the hang of it:T

    Well if I can do it then anyone can but you do have to be confident and do a lot of reading before launching in, otherwise it can cost you big time.

    Had a couple of scary moments myself:o

    there are a few bugs going around, both my DD's have had D&V for the last 2 days, not been pleasent and now i am totally knackered being up all night with them cleaning up after them, then coming to work :(

    anyways hope you are feeling better soon

    on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
    30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
