OS Daily Wednesday 7th April

Morning campers (just!), bit late today although I am dressed/showered and actually blow dried my hair this morning instead of leaving it to dry on its own. But I didn't actually get myself started until about 10.30ish..lol. Anyway have done my h/w chores in the main bedroom this morning, all that's left is the hoovering I think it helps that I have my nice bedspread on from Aldi, and I keep wanting to make the bed now..lol. The dog has had his 2nd dose of honey for his cough and he is stretched out on his armchair asleep, t'other dog is upstairs on his bed asleep! Funnily enough the two cats are asleep upstairs too.. I expect they will move soon as the heating/hot water has gone off and the pipes will get cold..hehhehe

Am going to brave putting the washing out, although it is rather grey and miserable here on my side of Kent, what happened to the lovely day yesterday I got loads dried..!

Hmm not sure what OS things I am going to be doing today, well apart from having a NSD. I've rung DH so that he knows we are having a takeaway when he gets in, he is paying so it doesn't come out my money..heehee cheeky!! I said I would walk the dogs if he paid!

Thoughts are with Diva today, hope all goes well.

You can cook the sausage then slice it up in pasta and sauce. Or take the skins off, mash them up and make a sausage plait or sausage rolls.

Not a great deal of OS going on here so far, I've got some washing to hang out and I've tidied round a bit but that's all. I really need to dig out the kitchen ready to decorate but I just don't seem to be in a decorating mood!

OH is now pretty much back to normal after his op and intensive care stay in February. The big wound on his stomach is taking it's time to heal but that's normal for him . I think they took the staples out a bit too soon because he's got extra granulation/flesh growing out in lumps through some little holes (sorry if that's tmi:o) so the nurse is slowly burning the excess away bit by bit.

Good afternoon

No more news of Diva yet - I assume she's been taken down for her operation first thing. I'll post as soon as I know anything though.

Busy day here so far doing the usual morning stuff before I left. I didn't start until 10am today so managed to get the food shopping done as well :T Washing is pegged out as its SUNNY here today :j:j Hope it lasts until tonight.

Lunch is a sandwich and some HM soup and tea tonight is cheese & onion flan, wedges & beans.

Off to read the thread now so will probably be back on

Hiya everyone, hope everyones day going how they want it too.

Its finally stopped raining here so may get the boys out on their bikes later if it not to cold. Spent the morning baking biscuits with them (didnt work) and them I resorted to a value cake mix which even I didnt mess up and made fairy cakes which they decorated with choc buttons from their easter eggs.

bolognaise from Monday is defrosting for boys tea and me and OH are having are bargain 65p Richm*nd sausages with pasta, tinned tomatoes and corgette and mushroom cos thats the only bits in the fridge!

Maitane not very exciting with sausages but its diffent from casserole which i've had enough of!

Downstairs hoovered and bathroom clean - DS2 napping, DS1 on DS console so a cup of tea for me.

Just came on to see if there was any word on MSD:).....hope you are doing ok hun and everything works out with your op:D.
Been at dental hosp with DS all morning....has had x ray and examination....he has hypoplasia apparently which means enamel is weak or missing in many of his teeth due to a genetic problem:eek:....he has to go in to day surgery in a few months for a couple of extractions and some metal caps on some teeth:( under GA....am dreading it.
Not heard from cats home as yet.
Have decided we will do some house type jobs together like cleaning fridge and cupboards out....Noah loves this type of thing, having a job to do and feels safer in his own home....it is not what I thought I would do with my child in the hols but there you go;)
Am going to have to suffer the local co op with Noah soon and hope there is no queue:o
Noah is having pasta for tea...oh and I having lamb curry later as he is working late.

hi Noahsmum, two of my nephews have the same condition with their teeth, their 17 now and their teeth are ok after having braces and dental work.

Good luck with the cupboard cleaning --you have spurred me on to do the fridge clean before the shopping delivered on monday. xx

Hi, we got back last night from a long weekend away. We stayed with my parents in Bangor and spent our time with the ILs on Anglesey. The weather wasn't brilliant but we managed a few nice walks. Unfortunately I've now got the children from h*ll, they have been good whilst we were away but have been horrible today:mad:. I just hope they get back to their normal selves for the rest of the holidays! Tomorrow is going to be busy as we have an appointment with the solicitors about our house purchase and then we are going to a local museum for the craft session. The house also looks like a tip so I need to try to get some tidying done.

Took DD1 and DS swimming today, DD2 didn't as she's got a coughing snotty nose virus.

Tea tonight, Chicken thighs sprinkled with cayenne, cauli cheese and leeky mash :cool:.

Am still reeling from yet another major tantrum from DD yesterday, all for nothing:(:(She said yet more hurtful things, and threatened me not to see Boo anymore:(:(She is in a relationship with a much older bloke who seems ok but I don't really know, he is still married, but separated, and has lied a few times about important stuff so i'm understandably wary for her n boo but haven't said anything against him.She ranted saying I was jealous of them etc:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I was supposed to be having Boo again last night, but she said she wasn't letting her come, so I went shopping, and she rang me asking what time did I want her:mad::mad:Any tips much appreciated;):o
OS wise i've done the floors n kitchen, made soup and hummus, and am now relaxing, or trying to:(
