Just something to add in for the next MSE newsletter, it is hopefully a remainder for people, but if you plan to call companies, check for freephone numbers first - http://saynoto0870.com/
I posted this in the DFW forums 1-2 months ago and was surprised how many people did not actually know about it. It might be worthwhile refreshing people and showing it to those who have not heard of it.
