Broadband and Phone for 6 months

I am about to rent a property on a 6 month lease. It already has a BT line connected. I'm not in a cable area, so I need the line for the Internet.

Does anyone know of any landline and broadband companies that have short-term contracts (6 months), that are also unlimited?
Or do I need to go down the 12 month BT landline + BE for broadband flexibility?

The Post Office offer telephone connection without a minimum term. You may want to check the notice period you need to give in order to cancel. It's worth checking out the side I am pretty sure they still have no tie-ins.

this is true the post office homephone has no contracr, however the BB does, they can move it to another address or you could get po pb and plus net or aol bb with no contract

If you got any broadband deal that doesn't have the home phone bundled in you could just get BT line rental on a rolling monthly basis.

Plusnet, Zen and Be broadband do short-term with BT line rental.

On the website, I can only seem to find BT line rental on a 12 month basis?
