Up until recently I have been very slack when it came to finances and barely even opened my credit card bill as I had it set up as a direct debit, so didn't notice £14.99 coming out each month(yes stupid I know).
It appears that when I stopped using Madasfish in 2004 they sent a letter telling me that I had to pay a months notice, which I had never had from an ISP before. I duely paid with my credit card and was assured that this would be the final payment and that they would not use my Credit card details again. Two years on they are still charging me £14.99 per month and are arguing that I authorised the use of my Credit card. I have not even used there services since 2004.
What can I do to get this stopped and get my money back?
