just done a scan, what should i do about this?

I would be inclined to install Spybot Search & Destroy, update it, then run a scan. I've found it finds things Malwarebytes misses.Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.0

My only remaining suggestion is to run ESET's Online scanner:- http://www.eset.com/online-scanner
Disable (not uninstall) Kaspersky before running this, so they don't conflict with each other.
Under Advanced settings, tick "scan for potentially unsafe applications".Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.0 -
after doing some research i found that the launcher thing is ok in hp pc's and mine is compaq which of course is hp.0
