Best 3yr FRISA rate - 3.83%

You can get the equivalent of 3.83% over 3 years with Stroud & Swindon - Escalator ISA bond issue 1 - 3%, 3.5% and 5% in last year.

Are there any other 3 year FRISA that can beat that for 10/11?

The 4% with m & s has been withdrawn and replaced at 3.25%. Northern rock were doing 3.5% yr 1, 4% yr 2 and 4.5% yr 3 which works out a bit higher than the above.

Also the 5 year version with 5% and 5.5% in years 4 and 5 respectively, if you are willing to gamble that rates will not go up. The problem with this ISA is that you can't deposit any more cash once the issue has been withdrawn :(

Too late for the M&S one I went with this, this morning. Surprisingly quiet in the branch, no queue even at lunchtime.. I did wonder what I was missing.
You cant add more to this one but there might be something really tempting for next years money :-)

I make the average for the NR 3 year one to be 4% which is the same as the current 'best' 43 year fixed rate from Nottingham BS which is available only from branches.

the NR 5 year one is coming out at 4.5% which can be beaten by the Yorkshire/Clydesdale bank at 5% for the same term.

Yes I know, I was gutted when I found out, can't change now though because of withdrawal penalties :(
