Did you call me? Fraud or fact?

I had a phone call today from a woman claiming to be part of this money expert site and was calling about my probably being able to reclaim back from my bank, overcharges that I have paid to them over the last numerous years or something like that! Apparently I will be recieving a call in the next week or so from her manager, once the amount owed back to me has been calculated! There is also no up-front charge to me by 'you' or them!? ....and what does that mean, that there will be charges for me to pay up-back??
Humm, I find this a likely story and am very concerned. I did not give them any personal details that they did not have already ie name, address, telephone no. except I did give my mobile no.
Already feel like an idiot, so please can you confirm if this call was genuine, and if so how is the process going to work exactly?
Many thanks

Thanks bigpound! Definitely thought it was suspicious and will not be responding to any further calls or even emails.
