Shame about the ordering problems, wonder what the problem is?

I didn't fancy the £25 pallette so got 2 of the puffs and the brush on brilliance beads which are normally £12 for £4.80 plus quidco and yesterday got the two tea tree products and the dark shimmer cubes which are normally £16 all for £6.80 plus quidco.

I really have to stop all of this now!! Won't be able to afford to buy any food if I carry on lol

Are the powder puffs actually any good? Does anyone use them?

im having trouble completing my order! i must have tried about 6 times to no avail even though i tried using diferrent card. do they put limits on this as i managed to order one last night. anyone else having problem like me??

I wonder if it would work if you set up a fresh account with a new email address?

I was able to place an order this morning on my own account, after it refusing my order yesterday*confused shrug*. I decided to try the mineral foundation, so that along with concealer and puff for £6. That really is the end of it now:o:rotfl:

Its usually 2 orders per day, or maybe its a 24 hour period? You could always order on a new account, as long as you have another email address you could use.

Same problem, OH has set up an account with new email address and has used her card and and still unable to place an order

Sorry to hear so many of you are still having problems ordering. Its worth noting that in the past some peeps have had to contact BS to have their accounts unblocked before being able to make any further orders. So it may be worth ringing rather than waiting another day in case thats what wrong?
