I first tried to order on my account and had it rejected, so ended up doing it on OH's account with his card. There were sufficient funds in my account so I've no idea what the problem was. The email they sent afterwards said:

We regret to inform you that we have been unable to complete payment for this transaction. We advise you to check our help section in order to resolve this matter and allow your transaction to be processed. We suggest that you re-try your order with caution as your issuing bank may reserve additional funds for each subsequent re-order.

So I wouldn't be trying to re-do the order numerous times unless you have enough in your account to cover the hold. Tis really annoying:(

I got eyelash curlers, concealer and free mineral foundation which i thought was quite well behaved because i was thinking of getting some mineral foundation anyway

But i forgot quidco. grr.

Finally my order went through :j I had to create a new account- Havent a clue why it wasnt working though- just hope they release the money asap and i dont end up with 6 of the same order!

hi..i got the tea tree concealer in light as the medium is a bit to pinky for me

Hi Everyone

I am so chuffed did the order twice first with concealer,eyelash curlers and eye lip and cheek palette then concealer 2,and eye lip and cheek palette!
grand total £14.40 plus TCB.

I don't believe it I never usually manage to do the glitches!!!

Not used their make up before, so its the perfect time to try!
concealer, eyeshadow, and one of those £25 sets for £8 odd, not forgetting quidco too.
