Yes you can take it to the shop and they will exchange/refund if you take the receipt. I ordered the wrong shampoo the other day and they swapped it no questions asked.

will they exchange concealers as well? i think i might have ordered the wrong shade as i was in a hurry :(

I have been trying to place an order for an hour and for some strange reasons all my cards were declined. i logged into my bank- checked my balance to check i had the funds (which i did)- so placed the order again only for it to decline yet again. I then logged back into my account and the money has been taken so i dont know whats going on :mad:

I really think the site is playing up tonight - it's taken me about an hour to place two orders. I knew my third would be declined though - but I thought I'd give it a go anyway

They have definately taken the money from my account although i had the screen saying my order hadnt gone through. just logged into my account and i tried to place the order 6 times- crikey i hope they havent taken the money for all 6!!!

Thanks for pointing that one out. Got the 2 concealers and palette. Taking quidco into account it only works out at about £6.10 ish delivered. Would have been rude not to! :rotfl:

My present drawer is starting to overflow with Body Shop stuff!! (who am I kidding drawer - more like most of the spare bedroom!!!!).

Its probably not been taken, just reserved, i did the same when they were doing the free mascara dealio, kept rejecting the order but still reseves the funds, i did about 20 orders all rejected, i just tried agaian the next day, when the reserved funds had been canceled and it went through, still dont know what the problem was, i think its just one of those things

I feel for you though hun its bloody annoying! i suggest you try another card or get someone else to order?
