The price will reduce until there is enough demand to hold the price. I don't think this has been achieved yet but it shows a price correction is occurring, not a crash as many think/hope. The 20% price correction that has been mentioned a few times by many experts is a reasonable price correction, some of which has already occurred.They have obviously been attracted by the falling prices0 -

Hold on I thought FTBs were returning to the Market in April? That was obviously the OP getting over excited! In fact according to the latest figures the percentage of new loans to FTBs dropped AGAIN last month.
I spoke to an EA earlier in the week and he told me that the FTB Market is completely dead and he is pressuring vendors to reduce their prices substantially. He said the Market has never been this bad in the 25 years he's been in the business!0 -
