    Write down everything that's a problem right now and for each one look at what you can and can't do about it.

    Maybe if you can just do a couple of positive things on the list it might help you to raise yourself out of the deep blue funk.

    As I see it, I think you set yourself such high standards in life, I'm not talking about men here, you have every right to set high standards there!!! I mean things like work, diet, parenting, what you expect of yourself etc.... that you set yourself up to crash down and then feel like an absolute failure. You come across as a very private person and you'll stew things over in your head until they build up to thinks that churn around, stopping you from sleeping and getting on with enjoying life, life that's happening now while you're upset and churning it all over.

    You ARE a strong woman, holding up a job, running a home, raising 2 lovely children and doing a bloody good job of it!!!!!
