'grats Luc. Go you *does success dance*
We've got an eevil computer virus again
Only good news is that OH got it this time, not me
. I missed you all so much I've popped into the library to say "hi"
I think we have removed the virus but OH appears to have also removed ability to connect to internet
I have 3 long days of working a couple of hours drive from home, so don;t know what my access will be like for the rest of the week. Will be thinking of everyone if I'm not back on for a few days.
Having no internet kinda put paid to my plans to work on my dissertation today. I went to Uni to see the tutor today. He is nice but does not seem to appreciate that to see him I need to take a day off. I have lots of work to do for my resubmission and have 2nd May as a deadline  I only got my report back two weeks ago! Will be a busy bee for the next few weeks. He says I can do it - I hope I can.

He could try Lactase tablets, they work for some people, fairly pricey though
Cheers for that Gemmzie. I'll have a look out for them.
He tried some carob chocolate yesterday - urgh! But he seems to be getting on ok with the flavoured soya milks. But plain soya milk doesn't mix well with Crusha milkshake stuff. Fingers crossed the lactose free milk will work/

LMC - what about things like Rice milk? You can get it in Sainsburys. I think Aldi and/or LIDL do soya milk now.

Has he tried goats milk rather than soy? A friend of mine is lactose intolerant but he feels much better since switching to goat milk, and my parents switched a while back and feel the benefit too. And I think its more like moo milk than soy is....26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

I'm off back to the pre internet age
I did get three loads of washing done tho, without the distraction
(two even dried on the line - it was that lovely and windy here today!).
Will "see" you all soon I hope.Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
Cheers Katsu and Luc for the tips.
He's not tried those yet, but whilst he's been away he's been drinking vanilla soya milk, which I think has triggered the problem.

Maybe instead of saying it like This is what you are
Can you say that I feel like.... or you come across as...

I've tried that, it was what allegedly led to the supposed overdose last week. I was saying how when she does a,b,c it makes us feel x,y,z. The problem is all she wants to hear is 'you're right, we're wrong, we'll change'.
I think I'm going to write down all my issues with her and get all the anger out before I go see her, and then I'll hopefully be able to be more constructive. And work out what issues I want to talk to her about.Salary plus up to 5% annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus 9 publics, family BUPA, w/w travel insurance, car discount vouchers...
