I have made beef bourginon (SP??) in the sc,and am cooking wedges to go with it...I have also just had another attempt at running up the lane, and tbh it was easier than last time. I got to the top (almost) without stopping,whereas the other day only did bout 200 yds before collapsing...(where did the italics come from???)Debt-free...and staying that way...0

I'm doing chilli and rice but at the moment don't fancy any. Had a load of rubbish to eat today and I feel a bit bleurgh. As it's often 9 before OH shows up maybe I might have a bit then but definitely not at the moment.
