M+P, I'm not allowed to diet either, we can be cheerleaders :)

With the bed, I'd check it's all safe...Both my super-cool bed with hidey tent and slide and our swings/slide set outside collapsed on me as a child. And I didn't even climb on them, and I wasn't obese! I'm unlucky. Really hurt, though.

well if you 2 are cheerleading I want to lol

    Evening all,

Munchki - I am going to prove the point about parents and spending again! I am saving for DD1s first proper big bed and I have fallen in love with this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280491368428&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT trouble is once I have got all the bits for it, the bleeding thing is going to be nigh on £400! Someone convince me I don't need it, it is sooooo cool, it even has a slide!

Feeling all left out now :( I don't want to diet, good luck to everyone though, and if you would like to borrow the OH, I can guarantee you will loose pounds through stress plus I will pay you pounds to take him :D

nope.... you don't need it. To be fair you want the child to sleep and I know with my two that there is no way that they would sleep in a bed like that!!!

  • I feel like a right killjoy now. Mambury has a point, they'd be up all night playing...I probably would be at my age, too. Last night I made OH make me a tent out of bedsheets after we got them out of the wash...was brilliant fun :)

Could someone try to access my website for me and see if it loads please?

M+P - I think they are prob right about the kids playing all night but I want the bed lol. I used to have a proper princess type 4 poster until a couple of weeks ago when I took the post of it and rearranged my room I though 21 was a bit old for it lol. Oh btw do you have any Nicolas sparks books in any of your many boxes?

  • I got a pretty pink mosquito net thingy for my DD when she was younger, she said it made her a princess and it was really cheap and easy to do.

M&P...after my visit with you and Rachel I have so many ideas swimming through my head heheh and yes know what you mean. They used to say that you could raise a second child just with the amount of money you spent on photos and in the first 6 months of the first....mind you this was years ago when my son was little. As for your OH, have met him lol, if you pay me very handsomely I will take him!!! LOL

    Hi

I would love to join the weight loss thing but I am afraid to weigh myself to find out how much I have to lose.

I think its 2 stone, however could be more.

When I was a little kid I had like a pink curtain thing that was fastened to a semi circle of wood at the celing and then went either side at the top of my bed and then behind the top bit between the curtains I had like a net thing

That doesnt really do it justice but it was pretty
