    The book has some recipes and there are loads of recipe sites for it on the web.

    Another thing I forgot to mention is that I was getting a lot more allergies and my asthma was getting to the stage when I was needing a preventer as well as a reliever for the first time, and since doing SB my allergies have gone and I don't even need a reliever! Yay me! So it looks like my problems were food related.

    have read back a little bit, babymoo I don't have any clothes in the right sizes or anything suitable to send so I will donate some money from my last mystery shop, will join the thing on FB to find out where, am thinking of that poor mum a lot.
    Have been to see my grandma, not sure if I said, they've told us she has 'a matter of weeks'? Can't remember what I've told who but anyway she's breathing OK and is comfortable; she hasn't been told the cancer has spread so she's quite positive and happy and had so many visitors a nurse came to tell us we were overcrowding the room so can't be bad :) bless.
    Just put what I think is an insanely expensive mobile phone onto Ebay, have gone back to using a very basic model and hopefully we'll get sorted financially soon. Driving is going well, dieting not so much, haven't followed it at all this week but have done a few hours of digging...but we shall see at the weigh-in tomorrow!

    sounds really interesting 2cats. I've got asthma and on the preventer too. last question do you think its possible to find enough vegetarian recipes between book and online?
    DH doesn't eat meat but eats fish and I eat some meat but not fish. so mostly we are veggie to cover us all!

    am feeling so under the weather and tired and disorganised that I am thinking I might need a bit of ready provided structure for this weight loss stuff but really want something that seems to fit in with my thoughts on food and general attitude so I can use it as a crutch till I feel a bit better then adapt it myself. south beach diet name really put me off but it is quite interesting.
