    Jo - Just logged on and saw your last message, haven't read back yet.

    Just wanted to say that I'm okay, just about. Have completly overdone it and am suffering now so will probably just go to bed and let OH look after me, but I am okay, and thank you so much for helping me.

    I'll fill you in properly tomorrow if you like? It went okay. Big changes, but that's okay. Doctor was lovely :)
