Not so much wording as pictures, if you've got the legs and/or feet for it! Or you could go with the angle I went for which was, I'm doing this on a dare, never done it before teehee type thing. Hmm, thinking of doing some Ebaying this weekend, might have a look in the shoe cupboard!

Ooooh by the way - i did notice - as i've tried my hardest to keep up with the thread but through skimming - that the M word has been replaced by the P word! I know people complained about the M word, but i'd imagine that the P word is even more controversial! Plus!!! - I know we can talk about M just as intelligently as we can talk about P
