    evening! Hope everyone is alright.

Mabel my most memorable moment at a wedding was at my best friends a couple of years ago. after her dad walked her down the aisle he shook hands with her about to be husband and i just thought it was so touching. When i was talking to him afterwards he said he saw it at another wedding and loved the idea and though it important as if it was saying "I know you'll take care of my daughter".

anyway, went to ask if i could sell my jewellery in another new shop today and they said yes woo! need to spend the weekend making some now.

Have a good weekend all x

Ooh, I just remembered a great wedding I went to when i was little, we were playing armies under the tables and we kept getting cress from the buffet which was our 'rations'!
My sister got married going on two years ago, they brought the date forward as my mum, who had ovarian cancer, had been told she had weeks to live. So that was a very special day; seeing my sister get married was one of the things she said she wished she could do (the other one was seeing my third child, which she didn't get to do as I was only 6 months pregnant at the time, but she saw a scan photo and chose her name). It was a boiling hot day, and everyone was very happy, and the priest who married them was a family friend, and really funny; my DS was given a basket of rose petals to throw in front of them as they walked down the aisle, and he took ages about it and insisted on throwing every single one! My mum was beautiful, she had to have a tube in her nose but we got her a big posh bag from Accessorize for the fluid bag to go in so you couldn't see it and she looked lovely :)
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
  • Long story short, we went to a quiet, out of town, pub mostly so we didn't see anyone we knew (he happens to be the sort of second best friend of a guy I used to date, complicated much).. anyways, walked into this nice quiet pub where nobody would go and who's standing behind the bar? Only a guy I work with who I happen to have had a drunken fumble after the work xmas do (Feb) with and maybe a few other incidences :o I felt incredibly awkward and apparently it was all very obvious and they both seem to have got a little bit jealous. I have no idea what I'm going to do!

It seems kinda silly written like that but it's heaps more complicated, I think I kinda like both of them but for completely different reasons.

My heads ok-ish, just hurts if I stand up too quick!

Most memorable wedding thing has to be my own, I am not a girly girl. Much rather wear jeans, shout at football on tv and I love cars and mechanics. Igot ready at the hotel we married in and I got a call to say my dad was waiting for me so off i go out the door into the lift to take me to my dad. Iget to the bottom thedoors open and my dad bursts into tears. I had always said I would never marry and if I did I would wear a simple dress or suit. My dad was in a kilt and I was in the full white dress with a double hoop, veil tiara the lot. i walked down the aisle to a beatles song called I will.

Actually listento Iwill on youtube. It is a great wedding song.

best wedding - was when i was a waitress. my brothers ex had been two timing him he ditched her, i was waitress on the top table the day she married the other guy who got rat ars*d, told her he never wanted to marry her anyway and on his way passed decided the wedding cake would look better thrown over the dance floor, followed by one rather large "melee" with them all brawling - never did finish serving the meal!
