Off to tackle the ironing mountain - if you don't hear from me soon please send a search party!!
NLID - I haven't forgotten you, will finish this evening hopefully:)
Will send out the everest rescue team for you :th:
yeah no problems - I know have the system in its ready state to make some cash, just have to change a 2 to a 4 in the code and the system will start requiring payment for access - this will most likely be monday when I do this. I have already started on integrating a number of improvements into the system to provide even more value for money as well as a number of reports which will allow you to see roughly what money they are clearing per sale after paypal/ebay fees are accounted for.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!
Debt free by Xmas 2015: #182 £1955.38/£4435.51 (44.08%)

Oopsie my appointment was at 11 not 1 :rotfl:. Luckily she had free time and managed to still see me, will find out later. Apparently I need a 'non standard' mortgage as the house has a flat (ish) roof and only so many providers offer them.
If its meant to be it will happen.
I managed to get a free sample of No7 moisturiser whilst lurking in Boots - score.

NLID - I'm still working on my pdf selling idea (scanning and messing around till my head is spinning) and this would have to be from my own site (eventually when I get one - probably use Etsy until then) using a Paypal method of payment - am I right in thinking you've done something like this? Can you pm me with the link? I'd like to have a peep. Ta0 -

Hi I have the files built for that site however havent put it live as I havent finished my eBook as yet - the fun of coding the ebay site overtook the boredom of putting what I know down on paper.
If you do decide to have a site of your own, I could not find any software I was happy with to keep my intellectual property secure (unfortunate considering it is an pdf people can share it easily - you have to take all the measures you can to ensure someone who has paid can download it, yet prevent them sending the link to friends) and so I threw a piece of software together which allows the link request to be unique to each purchaser and only keep the link valid for a set period.
Again I intend to sell this as a product when I get a bit of time to polish it up and turn it into a money making product - but theres only 24 hours in a day and I have to sleep and cuddle DS leaving just 16 hours for work, rest and play.
If you want to discuss your idea, you could help shape the PDF Selling product better as at the minute it is still quite raw.
I also have an idea to get the site to generate the PDF, leaving you to use a simple interface to format it - but thats what I call HARD work £4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

I love Mrs Doyle :-)
Mabel can be quite scary when she gets in whip mode!I'm at work at the mo and stealing on here, am out tonight for good food (oops, not too much I suppose, given the weight challenge) and wine (ditto) so will catch up with you tomorrow hun, promise!
Nikki - non standard is nothing much to worry about, it's simply because the life span of a flat roof is shorter than a standard roof. Since most mortgages are taken over a 20-25 year period, chances are the roof will need to be repaired/replaced during that time, so that's why some lenders are cautious about lending on them. I'd say go for it by going in with a low offer, but there is a big possibility they'll say no, as the bank will want to recoup the money loaned on the house, as well as costs/fees/expenses etc and while it'll do them no good to have it sitting there empty, I'd expect them to be quite strict on what they'll accept to make sure they don't make a loss. Especially in this climate! Good luck!

Argh I keep looking at my phone willing it to ring. Need to find out if I can get a mortgage in principal then after the veiwing tomorrow I know if I can put in an offer or not.
I like the roof, its quirky.
I don't thin i'll get the ok for a mortgage though so I must stop thinking about the house!0 -

Hi all again
I did the survey that someone (cant remember name sorry) posted on here yesterday for the £35. Was done in 10 minutes and have received my £35 payment. So well on the way now have 16 items selling on ebay with bids and finishing so things are looking up.
Trying to arrange now for someone with a van to collect a rabbit and hutch for me as my DD wants a rabbit and was offered a free one with cage on ad trader website. Needs it gone by monday:j:jDribbling my way to financial success:j:j
