Small claims for bank charges

Hi, has anyone done this yet with their banks for bank charges yet, would just like to know of anyones opinions :)
If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of car payments.;)

    Some have but be very wary of doing it at the moment since you can be hit for costs should your case be struck out.

    Yes but costs are very low as it is small claims, just wondered if anyone had tried yet, will just have to wait and hope

    £3000.00 is one figure I have seen quoted since the banks are suing QC's even at small claims level. Please just be aware that you are at the mercy of the judge on the costs element IF your case is struck out. That is the situation currently.

    If I lose most would be about £200/300 according to Law centre so might be worth it for me to try with what I have in bank charges, appreciate your warning and coments though

    What you lose yourself and what you lose to others might be different ;).
    Read and read and read the case law and understand fully what you are arguing because no matter what advise I can give and any other person, it is you that is in front of the judge arguing your case. I hope you win and are prepared for anything that can be thrown at you.

    Well luckily for me I have an experienced man in bank charges who will argue for me, although I may have to speak yikes that will be fun, going ahead with it anyway as I need the money back and have to give it a shot, thanks
