credit card just kept getting charged $57.61 / month for nothing. When I asked my bank what it was for they said the account charge was a retail sale.
I didn't buy anything from this company and they refused to give me anything back so I am suing them.
Anybody ever had to deal with this same crap?

That is theft. I would get on to Trading Standards or your local police, who will refer it to their online fraud unit.
They are a UK company and subject to our laws.

There seems to be a lot of UK Ltd companies all listed at that same address including some 'adult entertainment' sites:

As damhack says it is also linked to a grants scam - they have been mass-spamming UK email addresses:
