I know what you mean and we are now satisfied with the machien but believe me its been a bloody nightmare.

WHIRLPOOL AWO/D5526 ( that clear enough Roddy:) )was sold to us on Boots website ,it came from a company called DRL who i belive supply goods under the name of other major companies .
All communication has been with them and i don't feel Boots themselves realise the poor product , customer service and service engineers we have experienced through buying from a well respected retailer.
How else are Boots to know if i just walk away satisfied.
Hopefully they may pull their finger out to sort this type of experience to the benefit of future consumers
