I was going to mention the 3 zero sim deal, just got a sim for my dongle , £5 on a sim only deal with 1gb of data, the speedtest shows Im getting 3meg speeds plus you can cap the allowance so you won't go over and recieve nasty bills :D

I've heard that 3 can get "funny" if you use a 2g handset as they don't have their own 2g network (I think they use orange for 2g) so it costs them more to carry your calls.

My sim is in a dongle, but I only got it to try if the streaming was any better than via my mobile phone, so will probably cancel it as it is a 30 day rolling contract.

I think a dongle sim and a phone sim are identical apart from the fact that calls are barred on a dongle sim. If I put my dongle sim in my phone it gives me internet and text but I can't make or receive voice calls.
