We rented a private lodge at Hafan-y-Mor a few years ago. On the last day I went to reception to hand in the keys. There was a family in front of me who had just arrived and gave the receptionist a list of about 10-12 items that needed correction in their caravan. The receptionist assured them that they would get everything fixed and the family walked away happy. With them out of earshot she picked up the phone to maintenance and told them about the caravan and to only fix 2 of the dozen items! With staff and management attitudes like that you have to wonder about these places.The man without a signature.0

Unless you filled in a complaint form before you left then you wont get anywhere with this. In the t+c's it does state that fact.Always on the hunt for a bargain0
