free dora explorer backpack and books!

I only received one of the free books, so have emailed them asking for the other free book and a return paid envelope.

Hopefully they'll sort it all out reasonably easily, but the free books and backpack are nice!

Wow what a rip off!! I've only received two books myself, and the lady acted like I was lying, I was *not* impressed!!

She didn't even want me keeping the back pack, I told her it was too late, as dd2 has already opened it and put all her stuff in it! She told me I'd have to send the books back, even though they were the free ones.
