I never thought about that. Was just about to order them when I saw this. Does anybody know?0 -
I have sent off for something similar before and returned the books at my own cost that I did not want to keep. MAKE SURE you obtain proof of posting just incase the books do not make it back.

is this the stuff you had to call and speak to someone to get? i ordered that but said no to the book, they promised you could get the bowl etc free....still waitingDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -
Hi, my Daughter will love these. Best not tell her yet in case they don't arrive.
Thanks to you both, the 2nd link worked for me.Tamiya Widow0 -
Yes you have to pay postage if you return them, my sister went through months of hassle with Grolier denying she sent them letters to cancel. Since then I have spoken to someone who used to work for them and as staff they are told when possible to disregard cancellation letters. Cost her a fortune in postage and with the postage costs increasing I can see it costing even more. One day I might be more organised...........

Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Thanks for this....my little one loves Dora and Boots to bits....I will try my luck by calling customer services to request a returns label.....It might work but all I need to do is obtain proof of postage and not pay for the parcel to get back either.....wait and see.0

I had a run in with "Grolier" once, they kept trying to get money out of me for "free" books.0

No I sent an e-mail to Grolier Customer Services (e-mail addy on their website) and they sent me a pre-paid label in the post. So all I had to do was drop the box off at the post office and obtain proof of posting.
The box was really light anyway and would have only cost £1.20ish according to the scales at the post office. So in effect I would have paid £1.20 for a winnie the pooh bowl, spoon and book so cheaper than from the shops anyway I guess. For me I got them free by using the pre-paid label so even better.
Just don't forget to obtain proof of postage!0 -

Have registered anyway with an old aol address and will see what happens.
No it asks if you are an AOL customer, if so to click first - probably something to do with the AOL browser!0 -
