If you are not happy with Vectone, have a look at icardmobile, as they have cheap UK and international rates.

icardmobile include this in their FAQ:

General Condition 23
In order to conform to rules and terms set out by the telecommunication regulatry body, Ofcom, we must not engage in dishonest, misleading or deceptive behaviour, engage in aggressive conduct or contact the customer in an inappropriate manner.

surely the Vectone posts must fail that rule.

p.s.
i ordered a couple of Vectone sims the day before yesterday as i was convinced that their packages were the best i had seen - perfect for me plus an extra sim for when the kids go to festivals or abroad. phew! was that a close shave.
