Hello everyone
I haven't been around soo much recently.. I'm sorry
I had been watching from the side lines... however, a family death last week, and funeral this week kinda stopped that.
I hope everyone is well....
I hope to catch up with the thread soon, even if its a speed read tomorrow.

Howlin:) I've been thinking lots about your question of yesterday, and I think on reflection it's just too much work to create that extra day. It doubles the work involved in making the Joel planner go live from 110 to 220 hrs approx, and I just don't see that it would add much value for Joel and familyI would do it if I thought it would help though. I am happy to explain more about why it doubles the work if people would like
.
Happy to rethink this if people feel I've got it wrong though.
It might save something in the region of 10 of those hours if I had fabby nutrition software, but I think I'd spend in the region of 10 hrs learning the software IYSWIM?
I dunno, what do people think?

Avocet having eaten my share (if I was in Joel's family) of the liver yesterday, I think I'd need to change the titles of some of your ace recipes. Anything with 'meat' in the title would most probably change to just 'savoury'. As it's really not meaty enough. I'll make the 'meatballs' today tho just to double check but I think they'll be a pulse flavoured rissole, rather than a meatball IYSWIM?
How does that sound?
re: variety, avocet suggested 3 days, wyebird one and I have one up my sleeve. Does a 5 day rotation sound good or should we hold out for 6 or 7?

No don't post another day if it wasn't already part of the planner. So we need to wring as many combinations and possible recipes out of those ingredients as we can then.Sealed pot member 735

Am I getting the vibe that this is a challenge?

Well I think that it would need to have reasonable different taste and texture so that the family didn't feel like they were eating the same thing each day just made into different shapes. It's okay to eat the same thing a few days in a row or several times a month but I think there does need to be an element of variety even with the same ingredients. Hope that makes sense.Sealed pot member 735
