    thankyou :)

would anyone be willing to compile a list of the skills that our team have?

It would be very useful in me knowing who to pick on, and what kinds of things folk are up for :)

    Hi Weezl

I have a spreadsheet of average ingredient prices, as discussed several pages back, if you still would like it, but I am not sure what to do with it? :o

It's too long to send as PM, and pasting it seems to jumble it up!

    Hi Weezl

I have Skype on my startup bar after last nights chat, and because of that my mum popped up when she started up her pc, so I am IM'ing with her

she has said that she tried the dried pea soup from CFM and thought it was delicious, but that it came out like thick porridge and she had to add an extra pint and a half of stock

    has anyone else found that?

lesley:), I don't think I have changed shirl's spreadsheet since you did her nutrition. Would it be possible for you to look that one over and make sure that the way I handled the maths on kitty's batches hasn't caused that same problem on shirley's?

Also, wondered if you might have any availability to do kitty's cals and fat info? please feel free to say if not, I'm aware you have done loads for me already :o

I had a look at the last sheet I had for Shirley and we didnlthave the same problem there.

Glad to have a look at Kitty's cals and fat

edit - erm, actually, I seem to have done this. Is there something in particular you think might be missing?

ah yes! Current s'sheet has nutrition doesn't it?

So I'll send that to my dad then, I'm sure he can decipher it :)

I'd say yes. If someone is looking at the column to see if they have enough time to start the recipe, they need to have the full timings there else they'll be left with a kitchen full of overflowing dough while they are at work or whatever !

I agree, I would post it as an X+Y/Z but maybe add a little * to it. You could argue that X/Y+Z might make more sense as the proving time doesn't actually require you to do anything and you could get on and do something else. Sorry to be a pain

    List of skills
Sian- pointing out problems and then not having a clue how to fix them

    sorry sian, befuddled brain!

    d'you mean making+proving/baking or making/baking (+ proving)

I got a bit lost on what the x y and z were!

aless, I'm grappling with our ongoing idea about helping shirl with some weight watchers advice in case she's dieting.

I think originally we were going to go down the route of reducing the oil.

I'm becoming more concerned about that idea as I sit with it.

Is there any chance you could work out what her points might be if she ate shirls porridge, then a bean pate sandwich and then say the pasta amatriciana, so I can get my head round whether we have a better way to offer her a points meeting day :)

or anyone else who knows how to calculate these things :)
