oh yes.. my user name is derived from the state of my home not Charlie Browns friend!!
Jojo.. just knock on the door.. I have 8 you can have today.. 1 isn't even mine!..actually if you knock I won't answer.. I'll sit inside saying.. 'we have a DOORBELL, MORON!!!'.. So you best ring the bell..
Nutty.. Come sit on my chair.. it is a bit dusty but you are quite welcome to some.. I'm running out of bedrooms!!
Greenbee.. your clock is starting to sound like Big Ben.. you really need to hurry up before old men start leaving wreaths of poppies round your feet!!! BONG!!! BONG!!! BONG!!!
Can I spend the next 3-4 months moaning about how much I hate choosing names for babies?
I thought KH had a stupid surname.. OH is even worse!!! We cannot agree on ANYTHING..
And I did chicken *ur-schkee-bur for dinner and I keep burping onions and it is GROSS!!
OH just feeding moggies, kicking larger pinks to bed that should have been there hours ago and are still up giggling!! and being lovely and making a cuppa!
KH has once again refused extra time with the children this weekend.. said he wants them Monday from 5.. so I said I want them back by 7 so they are not too exhausted for school on Tuesday.. that isn't unreasonable for 5 and 7 year olds.. esp. when they are ALL usually in bed for half past 7. Nice to know just where his priorities are.
URGH!! Where is the huge bottle of gaviscon?
*ur-schkee-bur.. think Swedish chef from the Muppets... you dance round the kitchen chucking a bit of everything in!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Good morning everyone  Am I first up?
I've come down to find the glass shade of my standard lamp is broken
ETA - DS has come and apologised - he "sort of broke it with my head" *shruggy man smilie*. I'll need to see if M&S keep them in stock (it's about 3 years old), or where can I source glass shades?
Off to take the children to swim club, then finish my list, some time in the garden and some sewing :j
See you all later, Penny. x:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -
Morning all,
Can you tell I have guests coming? lol
I'm up, although not dressed yet. OH is still in bed (tea on the bedside table) and the cat is fed (probably asleep on the sofa again).
Got loads to do this morning, so off to get breakfast, and then I can get on.
HHC 8-8.30 anyone? I'm sure there'll be someone around at that time.
sexymouse xx
PS PenPen - try BHS for the glass shade - our new one for the ceiling is glass, and I think they had lampshades too.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

Lovely day here too

Need to have breakfast and get myself packed up and out of the door for my walk... and need to remember to get a. petrol and b. bits for my SIL's cake which I keep forgetting about and I need to make today and decorate tomorrow.
Froddy - if you, soappie & jue do actually make a decision
about tonight, then text me as I may not be back online any time soon... it would be lovely to see you all, but I don't want to be travelling TOO far after a day out in the fresh air... after all, I don't want to fall asleep on the way home
