Boddy - I too hope your ear will sort itself out and soon!

L-L thanks for the update on Diva - fingers crossed she's home tomorrow and well onthe road to recovery

Mumoffour77 - what a lovely baby Mark you have!
She is lovely but as indecisive as me so we'll be lucky to get anything done this weekend :rotfl:

soappie - just tell us where to be and what time :p please?!!

Oh Lordy me....... OK. I'll put my thinking cap on...

Soappie....I know its not really funny but I can't stop laughing re your nutty neighbour, Health and Safety would have a heart attack if they saw him. .
Soappie - that is so funny, is he still up there?

Elf and Safety, Triker, would have a field day! And Dusty, no he seems to have come down for the evening. BUT he's left the ladder up. Guess it'll be up there all night, as it's the front garden, it'll be ideal for burglars... Just as well we're not expecting a windy night. It's not secured in anyway...I might just go out and take a photo of the 'foot rest' in a moment ;)

Talking about it to NN, apparently, ever since he let a cold calling bloke clear the gutters for him (a couple of weeks or so ago) he's had a leak in the roof. We have laid bets on when the cold calling guy will come back and ask if he needs any roofing work doing. He said to her that whilst he was up there sorting out the leak on the roof, he might as well do a bit of touching up of the paintwork

I can just imagine it. There will be paint all down the front of the effing house where it's not meant to be. He has this evening been chipping off old paint from the barge board with a small cold chisel... ~shakes head in despair~

And my NN really is wonderful. I told her about Sexym's House of Fraser gorgeous bedding bargain and mentioned I'd probably head into town over the weekend to check if it's available at the HofF in town (which is in the centre with precious little parking about). She immediately offered to drive me so we could use her disabled parking badge :j We have a lunchtime date :D

And Pen Pen - thanks for the white wine!

I wasn't going to post as Ive not done anything other than dailies and nor have I read the whole thread. Im shattered but now I cant say that because of Pigpen's news :j:jIve been very careful not to say anything here as I didn't know if it was general knowledge...Ive said it to you before and Im going to say it again-I am in awe...if you're due in August hoping for July, you're about the same as me-so that makes me jealous coz I wanna take it all on like you do.

No.. he's due August but will be arriving in July.. I'm just seriously hoping he isn't thinking June is a good month because things would be a bit difficult then! What I'm hoping doesn't come into it.. I was early, OH was early, 7 of my 8 were early.. I'll not be getting to the 'due date'

And if it gives you bit of a get out.. I slept until about 16 weeks.
