    marmiterulesok- have made lemond curd before absolutely delish... how long can you freeze it for?

    I'm tempted to say indefinitely,but I suppose that the sensible answer is three to six months.:cool:

    Just give it a good stir once it's defrosted.

    I freeze mine in glass jars BTW with no problems.

    Hiya,

    As a Spaniard I like a good potatoes omelette, but I'm not sure I would freeze it, I'm not sure the potato would freeze nicely.
    Having said that on the net some people seem to have done with mix results, so maybe you can try. In Spain some big supermarkets sell ready made vacuum-packed omelettes and even the potato and egg mix in cans!! Never tried myself but someone I know tried the later and told me it was not very nice.

    i dont know if this is of any help, i just googled, and this company make frozen spanish omelettes
    so somehow, it can be done
