I doubt very much that anything on google street view could be used as the sole evidence to convict.

It could possibly be used by police to help investigate a crime, but I doubt very much images could be used as the only proof, especially without vital information such as date and time.

Wow I am shocked, Seen lots of people complain about invasion of privacy with streetview i bet that company/driver will go a bit red if interviewed.

You can clearly tell the vehicle is moving, As it comes into view there is no white line to the left as the camera car catches up the line appears, Than as the camera passes you can see the lorry move towards the lampost then towards a grey box at the side of the road.

If you zoom in its clearly a mobile held to the drivers ear.

Not something you want to be famous for.

Good find! If you go behind the lorry it doesn't show any brake or hazard lights so it must be moving. Also, he's on the dual carriageway and that would be a stupid place to be stationary. You can zoom in and you cannot see the hand brake which means it is released. It seems his other hand is not on the wheel, so he must be changing gear at that exact moment. If you get the right angles, you can see the rear registration plate is WU02 HNT.

    REPORT HIM!

Not condoning it at all but !!!!!! have you ever done anything wrong ?
    Have a nice day :)

Is it actually a full time bus lane? If you back up, you can find plenty of other stuff driving in it too!

It is full time, and to be honest it gets ignored full-time too! Merseytravel got EU money to build a ridiculously large bus/train station that nobody ever uses, and then they added unnecessary bus lanes to/from it for good measure.

I've just gone to have a look at the street view never seen it before. I do think it is an invasion of privacy but I doubt you could ever use anything in a court of law because of the inconsistances.

Had a look at my house and the houses in my street. My neighbour across the road his car as a nasty dent in the side - only done since christmas
My house had my red toyota outside it - sold it a year ago on ebay.
Our other neighbour had a lovely hanging basket outside it we bought it for he last september as a birthday gift and moving gift so it was only up for 2 weeks so we have 3 different dates of photos taken in our street of 6 houses lol

Also don't tell OH how much running around i do because my car is photographed outside our house, in laws , mums, dads and is in my dad's garage (mechanic) ha ha if i am in every photo maybe i am the photographer ha ha or not. Thing is i work full time too 25 miles away from home so how did they catch me so many times lol

uh oh big bro is stalking me

You mean the one that is having its car park extended because it is now not big enough? The same one that has over ten times as many passengers using it than the two stations it replaced?

Not really a station that 'nobody ever uses'.

  • Oh no, a man was driving a truck while using a mobile phone, but didn't crash, didn't endanger any lives, and nothing happened.

Obviously he must be prosecuted immediately!
