Sounds like the issue is on the inside of the double glazing unit, not the outside of the glass. You probably have the cleanest windows on your street...on the outside! But the insides of the DG unit are probably dirty as a result of the manufacturing process.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

A little dishwasher rinse aid in the cleaning solution will give a nice extra shine to glass. I put about 5mm rinse aid in the bottom of an old windolene spray, add a few drops of washing up liquid and fill up with water. You can then polish it off with a cloth, newspaper or whatever you like, the rinse aid makes it clean off really easily.

You need one of Lakeland's window skrims. Magic.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it sounds as though the sealed unit in your double galzing has gone - you'll need to get replacements from someone who repairs windows - although it's sometimes cheaper to replace the whole window.
K glass shouldn't alter the clarity of the window - its invisisble.Target of wind & watertight by Sept 20110 -

Not according to the double glazing firm we just arranged to have ours with. He showed us examples of that type of glass alongside the other kind, which is cheaper anyway, and I could see what he meant. It wasn't very obvious on a dull day but I can imagine bright sunlight would show it up more.
If the OP has a sealed unit gone there would be condensation between the two sheets of glass. It doesn't sound from their description as if that is the problem.I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe
