Need a new TV any recommendations?

OK I'm not sure what we're talking about anymore, gone way over my head.

Forget the price for now (as long as its not above say £900) whats the best TV I could get for what I want it for.

Don't think I've ever seen so many positive reviews before. Pretty much everyone left positive reviews!
