Can we change from JSA cont based to JSA income based

TBH I'd keep with the Pension Credit as at least this can be backdated. To do this he needs to withdraw his JSA claim though. You need to make sure you know what you're doing first so you're not losing out in any way.
We have got no idea what we are doing whatsoever lol. But from looking at benefit calculators, it seems as if pension credits will make up the difference between what we have coming into the household and what pension credits say a couple should be entitled to, am waiting for a letter from Pension Credits, although when we phoned them up, they did say a claim can take about 2 months to be sorted!! :mad:
If we have no luck with them, I think I will go to local CAB office, because DWP say one thing, Pension Credits say another, Benefit calculators say another........ tis all getting rather stressful...."I live my dream today, I lived it yesterday and I'll be living yours tomorrow":smileyhea
