Specsavers Rant

I went to my local independent and said I was very broke, and they bought our a big box of their 'end of the line' specs that were all £15 each. They were nice, not plastic NHS crap, and they had all sorts of styles and colours. They weren't designer, but they've been great for me.
They said it would take a week, but the next morning I got a call saying they were in!
Brilliant service and they always get my prescription right. I've been to Specsavers and I was in the room for about 3 minutes, and surprise surprise the glasses were wrong. The same happened when I went to D&A.
So I shall stick with my independent one!"There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow." - Orison Swett Marden0 -
So you settled for second hand £15 glasses , thats what you value your sight at .
Fine , your independent suits you.
As I posted , money is not an issue . I go to Spec Savers for their great service.0
